We currently ship to the USA and Canada. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us at info@homeglow24.com to check if we can accommodate your request.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
We partner with CJ Dropshipping to fulfill and ship your orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- USA: 2–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer:
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 (USD).
- Flat Rate Shipping: $5 (USD) for orders under $50.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx) or through your HomeGlow24 account (if applicable).
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@homeglow24.com, and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Customs and Duties (Canada)
For orders shipped to Canada, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@homeglow24.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us, and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
